Commissioned Napoleonic Blue Dresser
Regular price $0.00Our client had this solid oak dresser that didn't fit in with the decor of her home and was unused and stored away. As part of a redecoration we came up with a concept for this dresser. Solidly built and sturdy it needed a modern touch but in keeping with its character.
Hand painted in napoleonic blue, detailed and lightly distressed and aged with wax work. The handles were left in original condition, a few of the handles had oxidised so a gentle clean was given then we dark waxed the handle to give them all an even tone.
A lovely revival that will now go into the home and sit in the room as a beautiful feature piece. Another one we are very proud of.
