Regular price $0.00We were very excited to be apart of our long time existing clients kitchen make over, the only room in the place that no longer fitted in the rest of the house. Original shiny blue and wood grain formica cabinets were to be hand painted using Chalk Paint™ by Annie Sloan in old white, giving it a wooden cabinetry like finish with the texture created through the paint.
We did an onsite consult, and helped our client choose a colour for her new splash back that would work well with Old White.
The entire kitchen has been hand painted in old white, to create texture and take it away from being the shiny formica finish. A huge added bonus was that our clients did not need to remove the contents from her drawers and cabinets as no sanding was required and of course no smell as Chalk Paint™ has no odour. We were onsite for only two days and the entire paint finish was finished with clear wax making it durable for kitchen use. Our client now has a beautifully revived kitchen, a huge transformation from what it was and her beautiful granite bench has taken on a better shine and persona with the new look.
