Things to remember:
Paint section by section taking care not to over brush paint that is already drying
Cobalt has superior coverage but if you require a second coat due to areas that have been missed, water down your coat and touch up those areas.
If you have unwanted texture in places use fine sand paper 240 grit or higher to sand the texture off.
Cobalt is a rich deep highly pigmented colour, if you sand you will get "scuff marks" but once you seal with wax or lacquer the "scuffing will disappear and the colour will even out.
