Vintage wine tables are often highly varnished, and considered dark and dated. They often come with beautiful delicate curves, detailing and shape. We love painting and stacking them together in either a set of 2 or 3 for our clients, they make lovely candidates for an Artisan Paint finish and today we have chosen to showcase this project using soft earthy Artisan neutrals. Two neutrals that tone in beautifully together creating a set of bespoke side tables for an interior space that sits elegantly with soft age and character and works as both decor and furniture.

Hand painted with subtle texture in Moa using Staalmeester Prohybrid 2020 size 18
Artisan Dark Wax for ageing and creating character
Coloured wax in Moa over the dark wax to soften the age
Gold gilding wax on fine edges
