Giselle was a labour of artistic love at TR. A large scotch chest of drawers circa 1860-1900 she was an Antique piece imported from the UK with already so much history shown on her surfaces. We have sympathetically taken her imperfections and made them a feature with this revival. Hand painted in layers of colours with her final colour being a deep Pink with a wash of Orange and Red, we then distressed and peeled back the layers to give her character, aged patina and beautiful depth in colour. Vintros versatile colour range will allow you to mix it rich reds and pinks to create a similar look to this. A stunning bespoke hand painted finish. Detailed with both dark and black wax with touches of old gold. A piece that needs to be seen in person to appreciate the level of detail in colour and texture.
