Commissioned sideboard in Emperor's Silk

Our client had this sideboard at the end of a hallway and we came up with a concept to revive it and make it a feature piece. When the colour Emperor's Silk was agreed upon we were very excited to say the least, so much so we forgot to take the before photos. 

Hand painted in the striking Emperor's Silk, using brush strokes to create texture and grain then clear and dark waxed giving it a refined aged look against a vibrant and striking colour. The handles were left in original condition. A beautiful modern colour, done with a refined aged finish. She will be taking place back into the hallway as a beautiful and striking feature piece. Another revival we are very proud of.
