Commissioned french provincial inspired mirror

Our client whom we had done previous revivals with had a gold gilded mirror she wanted reviving. We came up with some concepts and she gave us creative freedom to achieve the end result. The brief was french provincial/ parisian style finish. 

Hand painted in a Country Grey and French linen two perfect colours to tie in with the room the room its going into. Brush work to create texture and depth, rubbed back to allow the gold to shimmer through, we then clear and dark waxed the entire frame to age and bring the two colours together. A gorgeous revival which meets our clients brief another revival we are very proud of.
