Commissioned Fire place surround in Midnight with Victorian Black wax
Regular price $0.00Purchased from The Artisan Collection designed and crafted to suit our client's specifications with a rebaited back to fit flush over her high skirting, and perfectly in proportion on a narrow wall. This stunning surround piece will sit beautifully around our client's gas fireplace in a new build and will transform her gas fireplace into a beautiful feature, hand-carved out of solid wood mahogany and hand-painted in the TR Studio a finish chosen to perfectly fit into her interior space.
What we did:
- Hand-painted in Midnight Chalk Paint with subtle texture using a Staalmeester round series 2020 brush, and a pure bristle brush 3600 series.
- Waxed with Victorian Black coloured wax over the top.
- Champagne gilding detailing using Champagne Gold Gilding wax from The Artisan Company
