Commissioned bedsides and Chest
A wonderful commissioned project for our client. Bedside tables that held a lot of sentimental value, along with a chest that has been in the family for over 100 years has now been revived with purpose in the TR Studio.
After a quick colour and style consult the finish and colours were chosen specifically to tone in with the new carpet, contrast and sit beautifully against the colour of the new walls. Hand painted in Coco with texture and layered with various shades of coco and old white mixed washes creating a beautiful warm neutral finish with an elegant and refined depth to the colour. The handles have been replaced and re-fitted with TR handles which have also been hand painted. All the pieces have also been further enhanced with a gold gild along the edges of the bedside, hardware and metal work of the chest.
Overall a beautiful revival allowing our client to work sentimental pieces into her new space, allowing her to include these pieces in bringing her design ideas and concept for the room to life.
