With the idea of a \"black and gold\" table, inspiration was taken from the TR Gallery where Midnight (a Vintro Charcoal) was chosen with Victorian Black Wax, and the gold gilding was left to our interpretation for our client. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHand-painted in a subtle textured finish, and detailed and deepened with a custom mixed Victorian Black wax, we then moved on to carefully detail the fine lines and edges of the table with gold gilding from The Artisan Company that creates a stunning reflective gold, the fine lines of gold adds  an understated touch of luxe and the chosen paint and wax colours gives the table a rich deep black look and feel but really it is a charcoal and black worked together on the piece to give it a stunning depth as the light hits it with our contouring and shading of the piece through a Vintro coloured Wax.  Subtle texture was used to give it character and a beautiful hand painted look of a classic piece, the texture gives the table the character and depth that is sympathetic to it's history. Using a light colour on a big piece like the dining table is a great way to lighten up the space as light will reflect off the surface and help to brighten up the room.
